Thor's Skyr / Pop-up event / 2024

One of the project working for Thor’s Skyr, Pétur and I handled the Art Direction and design for this exciting project—Thor’s Skyr pop-up in Santa Monica! We worked closely with our team at Thor’s Skyr and Viceroy Santa Monica to create the perfect look and vibe for this small and intimate event. On April 22, 2023, the outdoor patio of Sugar Palm at Viceroy Santa Monica was transformed into the first-ever Skyr Bar pop-up in America. Guests enjoyed complimentary smoothies and skyr bowls topped with fresh, local ingredients. The smoothies were blended using bicycle-powered blenders that guests could try out themselves, all while DJ set the vibe with her music.
